Alexandre

Alexandre BARRIER has been a lawyer since 2010; he holds a Masters II degree in Social Law and Human Resources Management and a Masters II in Corporate Litigation Techniques from the University of Orléans.

After three years in the social law department of the CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre firm, he joined C2J Avocats in 2013, in the employment law department.

He acts as counsel and litigator on a daily basis for several human resources services, many in the metallurgy, medical products, communications/public relations sectors, as well as for companies in wines and spirits.

His main activities are :

• Management of individual conflicts and pre-litigation phases
• Processing work-related accident and occupational illness claims
• Management of travelling employees: salespeople’s work hours, organisation of remote working, setting objectives and handling professional underperformance, etc.
• Collective redundancies for economic reasons
• Litigation with the French URSSAF

Alexandre BARRIER is a member of the Association Française de Droit du Travail, French Association of Labour Law.
