Clotilde

Lawyer at the Paris Bar since 2006, Clotilde LEQUEUX holds a DEA postgraduate degree in Social Law from Paris II Panthéon-Assas University and an advanced degree in Corporate Law from Angers University.

After working for firms specialised in social law (DaeM Partners and Fromont Briens), she joined C2J Avocats in 2016, in the employment law department.

She provides daily counsel to human resource managers with regard to managing individual situations and monitoring compliance with labour law, mainly in the industrial sector.

She also acts in:

• Individual disputes
• Management and operation of employee representative bodies (elections, renewal of membership, information, consultation)
• Advice in the drafting and execution of collective agreements
• Social audits: compliance audit, audit prior to transfer or acquisition

She is a member of AvoSial (Avocats d’entreprise en droit social), an association of corporate lawyers specialised in labour law
